And while walking book in hand I realised how this framework - which is often touted by the gurus of the industry, actually reflects a natural and feminine principle unconsciously. I say unconsciously assuming (which we all know can make an a** out of you and me) that most business men and women are unfamiliar with the role the moon and planets can play in business. Yep that's right - the planetary cycles and the moon have a lot of influence over us in general. Why wouldn't that extend to business?

In my role, both as a small business owner and as a project manager I am keenly aware of where we are in mooncycles (in fact I keep my clients up to date with a regular email). When to schedule certain types of work, and when to sit tight and make no major decisions at all. For example if Mercury is retrograde I don't issue important communications which may impact the outcome of a project. When it is close to the new moon cycle I like to launch, as it will have the best chance of success.

I learn best about theories by testing them in my own life. And that is why I speak with confidence in relation to the awesome opportunity that we have - to integrate the general planetary influence into our lives and scheduling the types of activities around it.
If someone has applied astrology to trading - please let me know. I do believe that with the blending of business science and the science provided by the planets many businesses can go from strength to strength. And I know it has had my contracting and my business ventures take good footing so far!
